Born and raised in downtown Orlando, I started my real estate career after earning my degree in Real Estate from Florida State University (Go Noles!). Over the years, I've carried Florida licenses for a Real Estate Broker, Certified General Appraiser (qualified to appraise any type of property) and a Mortgage Broker.

And when a Buyer's appraisal comes in low and they demand to "re-negotiate", most agents just 'accept it'. I do not 'accept it'. I go to bat for you, armed with decades of experience, an appraisal license superior to most appraisers and fight the appraisal speaking the appraiser's language. This is about "You" and your best interest.
